1. Introduction
Welcome to Gameplan Mastery’s Income-Boosters Community ("Community"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our community. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Membership and User Conduct
Membership is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms.

Users must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Users agree to conduct themselves respectfully and refrain from offensive, harmful, or illegal activities.

Spamming, harassment, or solicitation without permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site belong to Gameplan Mastery.

Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without permission.

Business concepts, ideas, resources, products, and services developed by members, including their business models, shall remain their exclusive property. After 90 days, members gain full ownership of all content, including materials created by Income-Boosters and Gameplan Mastery staff.

4. Community Guidelines
Respectful engagement is required at all times.

No defamatory, misleading, or false information may be posted.

Self-promotion is only allowed in designated areas.

5. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee success or income from any advice provided in the Community.

Gameplan Mastery is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Community.

6. Termination of Access
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without notice.

We reserve the right to remove content and ban users at our discretion.

7. Ownership & Percentages
If a member exits the program after 30 days but before completing 12 months, they must pay Gameplan Mastery LLC 20% of their net earnings for the remainder of the 12-month term.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Community signifies acceptance of any changes.
